Delivery time within European Union

Execution of the order (forwarding to the courier) in LINGERIE MUSE takes place within 24 business hours from the moment of posting the prepayment. 

All deliveries outside Poland require advance prepayment.
Depending on the choice of delivery method and country of delivery, the estimated delivery time may vary by a few days. However, it should not exceed 14 business days.

If the delivery is chosen via courier, the estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days from the moment of delivery to the courier.

In the case of choosing a delivery via Polish Post, the estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days from the moment of delivery to the branch of Polish Post.

Attention! With traditional payment by bank transfer, the time of receipt of the package is extended by the time of the transfer.

In special cases, Lingerie Muse reserves the right to process the order (shipment of the order) within 7 working days from the moment of confirming the order or from receiving the payment made after confirming the order by Lingerie Muse.
